Our Story
The mission of OneSquare Robotic Process Automation is to free workers for valuable tasks. That means taking the boring and routine work away, automating it, and freeing time to properly complete those tasks that need judgement and experience. In healthcare this can mean that administration and medical staff have more time to deal face to face with elderly or vulnerable patients while still getting the same work done.
Our founder has many years experience automating complex processes in highly regulated industries such as pharmaceutical manufacturing and brings this experience and rigour to business process automation. We believe that the rigour of documenting and then automating a process results in higher quality outcomes for the business. For one thing the process is verified and executed according to best practice and also the robotic system is orchestrating the process in a consistent way, checking steps more frequently and never gets bored carrying out the same task over and over again!
We believe in the power of automation to revolutionise the way businesses organise and carry out their work and that robotics is a force for good in our offices in the same way that it has been in our factories for over 30 years.
